By replying YES to a text message from Epic Construction, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Epic Construction (a DBA of Apploe Roofing LLC) related to your maintenance work order. These messages may include scheduling coordination, requests for photos or additional details about your maintenance issue, and status updates on your repair. Messages may be sent using automated or AI-assisted systems.

How it works: When Tricon Residential assigns a maintenance work order to Epic Construction, we send one introductory text message to the phone number associated with your work order. You must reply YES to consent to receiving additional messages. If you do not reply YES, you will not receive any further text messages from us.
